Solar/Wind Investments

Tulsa is a windy place, I have heard of a company that is making more aestheticly pleasing and smaller scale wind turbines called flower turbines. We can places these in some areas and it could help with small scale energy production that could be reintroduced into the grid or used for phone charging stations.

We could also do the same thing for solar, Tulsa gets a lot of sun and most of the time it is just baking the ground, adding solar panels to provide shade in areas would serve to produce shade for others in the heat and produce electricity, lowering costs to operate in the long term.
