Dedicated Funding for Maintenance/Security of all Gateway Underpasses into IDL/Cyrus Avery Overlook and I244 pedestrian bridge

Tulsa's IDL Underpasses are in disrepair, cluttered with garbage, graffiti, and vandalized frequently as well as harboring illegal camping. This could improve with daily maintenance of areas and security patrols. It would be beneficial to have a permanent maintenance and security funding measure and a "gateway" gatekeeper to check and supervise the area with allocated funds to assure routine maintenance. IDL underpasses include all IDL under I-244 on the north and west side as well as Hwy 75 on south and east. Additionally areas would include areas under I-244 bridge including Cyrus Avery Overlook and underpass area as well as Cyrus Avery East neon light park and Arkansas River pedestrian bridge under the I -244 bridge.
