Bus Stop for Philbrook

There isn’t a bus stop at 27th Pl and Peoria. A bus stop at 27th Pl and Peoria would provider easier access to the Philbrook Museum.

There are bus stops at 21st St and Peoria and then another bus stop at 31st and Peoria. From 21st to Philbrook is 27 minutes walking, and from 31st to Philbrook is 14 minutes. Both of which are a lot to all of people in the Tulsa weather.

From 27th Pl and Peoria to Philbrook is 8 minutes, which is much more manageable.

Adding a stop for the Philbrook on the Peoria line would make art and culture more accessible to Tulsans, and it would help alleviate parking problems at the Philbrook during events.

A pedestrian activated crosswalk would probably also be needed since Peoria is a fast 4 lane street that is dangerous to foot traffic.
