Tulsa should adopt a Land Value Tax

There’s no reason for vacant lots in neighborhoods adjacent to downtown to sit vacant & undeveloped. Especially during a major housing crisis. A land value tax would make it uneconomical for excess vacant lots to exist, incentivize efficient development, & stop the land hoarding
