Changes at "Run buses until 9pm"

It can be difficult to complete everything within a day when you are without a car and need to get across town after work. Buses stop at 7pm currently, which means the last bus route leaves the station around 6pm. This is just as people are getting off work. If someone needed to go across town and back home afterward, they would need to take off early from work in order to make that kind of trip. To facilitate buses being a viable option throughout the day, they should probably run until about 9pm, with the last route starting around 8pm.
