The Breaking ⛓️💥 Stereotypes Movement Initiative known as Ghost Resumes is an economic development venture that seeks to scout out hidden talents of Tulsa, showcase them on local platforms and document their art and story as an archive of untapped treasures for future exposure. The project also aims at handing over the required tools and knowledge to the scouted talent, offer useful information about the entertainment business and give them the ability to earn royalties and sales from their published work. They are scouted from overlooked and forgotten communities such as homeless shelters, county penitentiary, the juvenile detention center, rehabilitation centers, autism support centers, orphanages, group homes and Boys and Girls clubs and are compensated for their time as well as opt in to have their work published on all major platforms for free, whilst they retain full rights and ownership.
